How do we know if 4 months baby have diarrhoea?

I would think diarrhoea is anything out of the norm. Like really watery stools and frequent bowel movement in a day. If still on bm, then twice a day poo is normal (unless consistency is super watery). Exclusive bm-fed babies can poo anything from once in 7 days to 7 times a day.

Poo many times in a day and it is watery. Poo many times and little bit each time oso count as diarrhea.
