4 months vaccine

Hi mummies, my baby boy will be going for his 4 months vaccine in 2 weeks time. He did not get any fever during his 2 months vaccine, does that mean he also likely to not get fever for his 4 months vaccine ? And usually if fever after vaccine, what do we do in detailed ? 😅 first time nervous mum here. And if fever usually will last how long ?

My lo doesn’t have fever after every vaccine so far since birth (she will be going for her 2yo jab soon) but I guess it depends on individuals? 😊 For other times when lo has fever, i will just spam fever patches and give paracetamol once or max twice then let her sleep as much as she needs. Her fever usually goes away in a few hours.
