How to know baby has gassy stomach? My baby’s tummy is soft, not hard but he always cry at night to dawn. Even after feeding he never sleep

That's colic if they cry for hours night till dawn. Maybe can feed till his full (if you BM/FM) then burp, swaddle baby. Or change bottle type to anti colic. You can also try to massage baby at the stomach, back and calves area.
