How to keep away negative thoughts? From time to time, I tend to fear unnecessarily and imagine bad things like my family getting into accidents, losing my family etc.

Hi just curious are you always someone who worries about such things even before pregnancy? Reason I am asking is we moms tend to get post partum depression when we tend to have negative thoughts often. It is very common and will be good to realize the symptoms sooner and seek Some help. ( I am not saying you have PPD but just to make sure we understand ourselves better as we tend to lose ourselves a little after having a baby) I suggest to keep yourself busy so as not to let your thoughts wander too much. Try to relax more. If you have time can try to watch a light hearted drama to get into a more relax mode. Don't worry so much and just try to focus on creating a happy and healthy family :)
