A 4-month-old weighing about 6kg needs about 28-32 oz of milk which is about 830-860ml of milk. From your descriptions, baby seems to be having enough milk. If baby isn't full, he will definitely let you know by crying. I don't think sleeping immediately after milk has any bearing on whether baby is full. Perhaps he's just not tired yet?

lol... usually elderly tends to think so. but if he is not crying, he shld be satisfied. another way to test is to increase to 150ml n see if he finishes them. Anyway, babies need some interaction.. cannot be zzz after each feed :)

baby at four month usually Dun sleep after drink unless they r very tired.. normal after milk they will play for at least 1hr b4 sleep.. u can slowly increase the volume see baby can finish..

unlike newborns, 4 months old no longer sleep after eating. they need to spend at least 1-1.5h of activity time before putting them down for nap.

if he finishes the milk and looks like he still want to drink, he might want to drink more.. u can slowly increase by 10ml first...

I increased at week 18 from 120 ml to 140 ml. Now baby is doing 150 ml at week 20
