how can i get my breasts milk again... because my son just turn 4 months... and im out of milk... help me please

Keep on latching. More latch more milk. If you stop latching, the brain will assume you don't breastfeed anymore, this milk will stop producing. 4 months is still too young so you can still produce milk. You will never out of milk if you're direct feeding.
