If ur employed, punta ka lang sa HR department nyo kase may mga forms sila doon tulad sa sss na need mo ifil up for maternity Notification at sila na mag pprocess nun. Just be sure na meron kang hmid i.d kase pinophoto copy nila, then ung result ng ultrasound mo iaattach din doon. Pero kung unemployed ka, punta ka sa nearest SSS branch, ganun din nman ang mga forms ang requirements na kylngan. Then magdala ka ng isa pang valid i.d. Ready mo narin Birthcertificate mo, minsan tinitignan nila. Dun sa amount ng Marereceive hindi ko pa sure, sbe ng iba nsa 30k.

The maternity benefits will depends on how much is your monthly contribution. atleast 3 months or 6 highest contribution within your 12 month period prior to your semester of contingency ang kasama sa computation

dpende po sa monthly contribution mo sis, ibbase nila yung mkkuha mo sa last 6 months highest contri mo,pwde ka naman magvisit sa sss para icheck mgkano hinuhulog ng company mo and how much expected mo..in my case voluntary ako, from 1,760 nag increase na sila just this April so naging 1,920 na monthly ko if CS daw ako nasa 48k marrecieve ko if normal namn 38k.. 😊
