How do I decide if I want to have a kid?

It's a personal decision. It's not a kid you r getting in this world. It's a human being. Everything that makes tht kid will depend on what mindset you are in. Ask yourself Are u mentally prepared for this 20 year project? Financially stable for all the expenses starting from maternity to university? Are u thinking of this becoz of pressures from others or is it something that you and your spouse agree upon? What's his mindset and will u be able to care for his needs and insecurity also along with the kid? It's a thankless job... payments are mostly kisses, hugs and I love you's...! Acceptable?? Involves a lot of sacrifices...and adjustments. Ready for tht? If you can answer Yes to most of the above...you r ready. And please remember that being a parent is the most blessed part of our journey as a human. Not many enjoy this blessing. Not many have the luxury to ask this query to themselves. So if u have this privilege, go ahead. Nothing's there to lose.
