Drink Iron or ferrous atleast an hour before eating po. kasi mas naaabsorb ang iron ng sa acidic environment, or best paired with ascorbic acid. then lots of water para makahelp for constipation. kasi nakakadagdag sa constipation ang iron :)

Depende po. Sabi nung hematologist ko basta best take na walang laman ang tyan either 1hr before or after eating. may mga tao daw kasi na sinisikmura pag nagtake na walang laman ang tyan.
nong 1st checkup sakin tinry ko 1 hr before breakfast kaso ang uupset talaga sikmura ko lalo na at may past ako about sa colon ko .. kaya ginagawa ko 2hrs after meal .
