Earth Mama Perineal Balm

How does it works? Is it a need to get a perineal balm? Due in May and gotta DIY everything since postnatal massage is cancelled due to circuit breaker ??

I got a perineal spray.. i use it every time i have to chg my pad.. its v cooling n it helps la the swollen bits.. my sis also got it but i think useless for her cos end up she had to go thru csect..
