Perineal Massage

Hi! Anybody tried perineal massage at 34 weeks? How did you manage it with a baby bump? I don’t think I can reach 😅 #advicepls #FTM #firsttimemom

Thought of doing but with this big bump, nah. I think some ask their husband to help

Some say it helps some say it doesnt, kind of get the tissue and skin more elastic i guess ? To minimize tearing. Usually will just need to use finger and oil/olive oil
