Most times you may be able to predict what is going to happen dependig on the environment. Toddlers are meant to go around exploring so if a toddler is near water or sand or soil, you can almost guarentee that he will get into the mess. Similarly if there is anything potentially dangerous lying around or within his reach. So trying to be proactive on avoiding the situation rather than reacting after the fact will often reduce instances where you have to remove things from him or scold him.

Firstly, stay calm. Do not react the same way because it will fuel the tantrum and there will be no end to the chaos. What you can do is to take your child to another room or a separate area and hold her close. Keep rocking her back and forth in your embrace and let her calm down. I realize that this works the best because sometimes, all a child needs is to be held.

I tried, she refuse to let me hug & wanna rush back to the same area & continue her action when I told her no she is not suppose to touch it in firm tone. If she continues being stop by me she will explode her tantrum..
