How to cure heat rash on baby face?
It’ll usually go away on its own even without creams. Keep it clean and dry. Wipe off milk that smudges on the face too to prevent milk rash
I apply alobaby lotion for my baby body and face. The rash goes away 2 in 2 days. I apply during the day and night.
Keep baby clean and cool not sweaty. Apply plenty of moisturiser (Physiogel, Ceradan). If problem persists visit PD
Maybe formula not suitable.. I give my baby drink sips of water after 2 months.

Pop to the pharmacy or your doctor and ask for a cream
I put mustela face cream to help with the redness
Get some cream from the pharmacy...
Can try to apply pure aloe Vera gel
