2nd pregnancy

how come I don't feel pregnant? I took a test on the 27th Nov, it had a faint line. so I went to a doctor to confirm on the 5th Dec and yes it says I'm pregnant. so I made an appointment to see kkh on 16th Dec, but when did scan it only showed the yolk sag with water bag. and I just don't feel pregnant at all, is there a possibility that there's something wrong??

You’re still really early in your pregnancy, so you can’t see a lot of things yet. And if you don’t have symptoms like nausea or breast tenderness, enjoy these moments:) Your next scan, there’ll be so much more going on! Heart beating and so on... For now, take good care of yourself and protect your little one. Congrats!
