How do you clean out earwax from toddler's ear? And how regularly do you do it?

It is not necessary to clean out the earwax in baby's ear because it doesn't really bother baby. Ear wax is normal and natural to the body and it doesn't cause ear infections nor will it affect his hearing. In fact, it helps keep germs and whatnots out of the inner ear. The wax will eventually fall out on its own. DO NOT insert anything into your baby's ear canal, especially not ear swabs -- it can damage the eardrum. To keep baby's ears clean, wipe them daily with a warm washcloth.

Thank you! Cause I was looking inside his ear just now. There's quite a build up

You can try ear drops from the pharmacy to soften the wax so that it comes out. I forgot the brand so ask the pharmacist for help. Do not try to 'dig' out the wax as it can be pushed in further, but you can wipe it off once it comes out of the ear canal.

Please u don't need to stress that little baby's ear as for the ear wax it falls by it sef that is the oil u see outside of the ear or if need be just please take the child to a ENT specialist to help bring out the ear wax from the child'z ear.

Suggest asking the pharmacist and saying it is for a toddler or infant - there are only one or two brands on the shelves the last time I looked.

put a couple drops of baby oil and the wax will come out
