Same situation tayo mommy.. 1 week na ko constipated and 15 weeks na baby ko. Hindi rin ako umiinom ng meds. And dumating sa point na may pain na ko sa abdomen to the point na medyo nahirapan ako tumayo.. Share ko sayo mga ginagawa ko mommy: - More intake of fiber like wheat bread, pineapple, etc. - Lemon juice greatly helps with digestion. Healthy pa for you and baby. - More intake of water. - Wag masyado kain ng large meals. Onti onti lang na maya't maya para di kayo magutom ni baby. Hope this will help you kasi nakakapupu na ko onti onti because of these practices. 😊
Uminom ka ng maraming tubig, and try to eat yung mga vegan lang and fish wag muna sa mga karne, mag prutas ka din yun ang pinaka importante. Kasi dapat pag preggy everyday pooping is a must para mas healthy si baby, hindi mo naman kelangan matakot mag take ng gamot when it's prescribed by your OB.
Sis, what's the use of your OB if you're not going to listen to her, trust her or let her take care of you? She gave you that medication bcos she know it's safe for pregnant women, now if you have doubts you can always find a new OB you will trust.
Whatever your OB gives is safe for pregnant mommy. Inumin nyo po yung gamot it will relieve you of constipation. Constipation might trigger early labor also especially if you exert effort pooping. So mas delikado po yun mommy. Also drink buko juice and eat fiber rich food.
Eat Oatmeal Every Morning , Drink more water , Yakult , pagkain may mga fiber iwas masydo sa Karne . Wag kumain ng Masyadong Marami 😇 Pero sabi kaya minsan dahil Matigas daw yung poop dahil sa iniinom na natin na gamot like Iron, calcium

Kain po kayo ng fiber rich food. Ako pag constipated. Apple, orange, at pipino tapos maraming tubig 😊
More water, veggies & fruits ka. Hindi mo kelangan matakot mag take ng gamot kung prescription ng OB mo.
I didn't have a hard time pooping, I eat oat meal every morning kasi.. :-)
Trust your OB po. If she gave you the meds, for sure safe yun sa baby. :)
