Constipation. excuse me po sorry

Hi. newbie here. 17weeks pregnant on our 1st baby. My problem is Im having a hard time pooping. It takes me weeks before I can poop. And sobrang tigas at laki nia ilabas. Binigyan aq ni OB ng gamot. senokot. pero hindi ki iniinom kasi natatakot aq magintake ng kahit anong medicine. Thank you very much sa makakatulong.
