You can refer to this article for some suggestions: http://sg.theasianparent.com/tcm-herbs-used-during-pregnancy/ Mentioned in the article are: Wen Dan Tang: combination of poria and bamboo, believed to alleviate severe nausea, reduce excessive heat and regulates functions of stomach and gallbladder Xu Duan (or Japanese Teasel Root): used for pregnancy bleeding. Fu Ling (or Poria): believed to alleviate edema (swelling due to water retention), regulates bodily fluids, strengthen kidneys, spleen and bladder. Zi Su Ye (or Perilla leaf): used for vomiting, nausea or restless foetus Bird’s nest: contains amino acids and good amount of calcium In general, it is always best to consult a TCM physician before consuming any herbs. Also, stay clear of toxic hers such as scorpion, centipede, aristolochia manshuriensis and aristolochia fangchi (which contains aristolochic acid that is harmful for pregnant ladies).

Thanks for the tips, Vania! That doesn't sound too difficult :D Should we cook it over stove or slow cooker?

They cost me $11 for both packets. Simply cook with Chicken or Pork Bones.
