Hi mummies, what oil do you use to cook when preparing your child's lunches? Heard about VCO but not too sure if it has a weird smell or taste, and whether it can be used to fry food....

If you buy an airfryer, you won't have to use oil at all and the food will still taste great :) A much healthier option for the whole family!
