Hi mummies, are you still experiencing morning sickness during this time? Those supplements sometimes make me queasy and I'd throw up :( What can i do to relief it?

I used to take the Blackmores pregnancy pills and that would give me lots of gas and make me nauseous all the time! I stopped taking that and starting eating more healthy food to make sure that my baby is getting all the nutrients he needs. I've heard from other mummies that peppermint tea or ginger tea helps with the queasiness. But if it still happens, maybe you can speak to your gynae about it.

I am just about to enter my third trimester in my third pregnancy! TBH i had sickness pretty much all through the previous two and this one is no different. The only thing that did make me better surprisingly was eating plain carbs - like a toast or a small portion of rice. It seems to work for me....I know it is hard work getting those carbs off later though!

Thank you for the suggestions and advice, ladies! Guess i'll try to go easy on the pills when I'm feeling off. Not really a fan of ginger tea though... would green tea and the likes be okay? Guess i'll also stock up on those Meiji crackers too.. saltish crackers seem to help my friends too.

Oh No! hope you're feeling better. my friend swears by ginger tea as it helps to make her feel better. otherwise, try to take some sugar-free sweets or or sour plums.

I'm not havin morning sickness after 1st Tri but same as you I can't take pills. Now I'm taking maternal milk with milo.. cos I'm not a fan or powdered milk

It's really a hit or miss for each different women. So far Blackmores has really been good for me. I pop 2 daily.
