Kalau tak nak bby jd cacat mcmni... Xnk berlakunye sumbing... Mkn la acid folic .. smuanya tuk bby..jgn sesekali skip..... Its so very important to bby ... •Sebaiknya 1>2jam sebelum awak breakfast. •Jarakkan pengambilan dgn minuman yang ber’caffeine (Coffee / Tea / Milo) 3jam slepas awak ambik folid acid. •Kalau awak jenis yg ada alahan @ muntah2 lepas ambil folid acid, boleh juga makan waktu malam. Di antara 2>3jam lepas dinner & sblum awak tidur.
It's very important to help your hb increase and to avoid baby from having spina vifida (not sure of the correct spellig). Any vitamins the kk gives you, just take it regulary for you baby..
I dont take acid folic everyday. When i do eat them makes me dizzy major headache and wanna puke. Plus my HB is super low.. i only eat things that makes your HB increase will do.

Folic acid helps the baby to develop better, be it the brain or other organs. Best to take it. And helps with the blood flows as well.
