Sleep techniques

I play with my son until he yawns and the we talk to each other (even tho its just coos and gahs) eventually he gets tired and wants me to carry him, he falls asleep on my shoulder and i start to lie down and place him on my chest. I eventually move him to the bed when he’s deep asleep. Its a long process, but he sleeps longer when we do this routine. 😊
