My 4mos Lo poops every now and then

Help! Sino nakaranas na ang baby poops every time excited si Lo, kahit naliligo, pag mag exert ng konting force, pag umutot etc? Ano kaya cause neto? Pure breastfed si Lo and Normal ang color ng poop like mustard yellow and as in konti lang ang poop na lumalabas. Ano kayang pagkain ang nakain ko na nagcause neto? Baka alam nyo pls help

kung dahil sa milk, trace nyo po kung may nakain kayo na kakaiba. kasi whatever you eat, napapasa kay baby. example, if you eat nuts and allergic si baby sa nuts, kapag dumede siya, magkakaroon siya ng allergic reaction.
