eat lots of fruits, it helps alot. constipated din ako before mabuntis, like 2-3days bago mgbawas but when i got preggy, i eat fruits on daily basis, then noticed that it became daily na with no hassle π
every morning pag gising mo inom ka ng 1 or 2 glasses of water before ka mag take ng breakfast. then more on gulay ka and fruits . ganyan turo sakin ng OB ko . effective sya sakin kaya try mo din sis π
I think pag ganon sis its better to consult an OB na kasi sila ang mas nakakaalam ng mga dapat at hindi dapat for your child.
Eat fiber rich food like oatmeal, fruits and vegetables. Also ask your doctor ano pwede gawin.
