Help!! My 17mth baby gal has very red n spotty nappy rash for the first time since birth. I've switch from Mustela to Desitin after some advice from friends. But been using Desitin for 5days, rash has dried up, but still red and swollen. Should I go to the GP or her usual PD? Any advices dear mummies.

Air the area. Most importantly to keep the are dry. I find that powder helps to dry it up faster. Once it has dried up then apply cream. When it's wet dont apply the cream.

all diaper creams didnt work for me except one..sudocrem..i bgt it from mothercare. it is the only diaper cream tt can resolve the nastiest diaper rash!

You can try airing the butt for it to dry. secondly, is she teething?

Be very careful when using steroids. If possible don't use.

Should go for PD if too many days and creams don’t work

if all the cream doesn't works, it's time to go to PD
