Tvs shows an intrauterine pregnancy about 5 weeks 1 day by mean sac diameter with normal yolk sac but no fetal pole yet. The gs is located at the fundus well decidualized with no subchorionic hemmorrhage. Both ovaries are normal. No fluid in the cul de sac. No adnexal mads seen .
