For me, these are the must buys that I really used: 1. Swaddle 2. Baby Clothes 3. Baby Cap 4. Baby socks 5. Baby mittens 6. Soft cotton towels 7. Diaper 8. Wipes 9. Cottons 10. Nursing Bra - at least 3 11. Adult Diaper 12. Moms Toiletries 13. Hospital where I gave birth used physiogel for my baby’s 1st bath. I used this for my baby until 1st year. 14. Thermometer 15. Read about breastfeeding
