bestnyaaa! is this your first pregnancy? I've read that it's fairly common in first pregnancies. how do you know baby's head is already engaged? any symptoms? confirmed by USG?

Second pregnancy that up to this gestation. From examination and ultrasound. Besides frequent braxton hicks, pressure at the cervix.
