6weeks pregnant. having a daily flatulence

Haysss.. everyday nlng not feeling good ako? Prang my gas plagi ung tummy ko, wla akng gnang kumain. Do you have any suggestion momshies if ano yung mkapa lessen ng flatulence? Or prang bloated kasi puno ng hangin ung tyan ko. Hayss thankyou

Its normal momsh nung mga ganyang weeks ako lagi akong sinisikmura at feeling na puno lagi ng hangin ang tummy ko. Inom ka lang ng warm water. Un ang lagi mung iinumin, may nireseta sken ung OB para sa sakit ng tyan pero ndi ko iniinom baka kasi mka affect kay baby.

Bawal humiga after eating. Small frequent meal din sis at iwas sa acidic food/fruits.. Make sure mo lagi na may laman ang tyan mo.. Kahit konti.. I've been there.. Minsan. Side effects yan ng meds na tinitake natin..

Chia seeds in water helped me a lot. Sometimes i took sparkling water also during the first 2 months, but stopped on the 3rd month baka lumaki si baby eh.

Ginger Tea po. Pero di mo pa rin yan matatakasan hehe. Pilitin mo din po kumain ng small amounts frequently kasi pag di ka kumain sisikmurain ka naman.

Same here, 6weeks preggy too. Same case sis, nagsusuka pa ako after I eat. Ginger tea or salabat helped me a lot but in moderation po.

Normal lang po yun mamsh ganyan din sakin before. Kahit nag lalakad ako after kumaen tapos di pa ako nag eelectricfan bloated padin.

Sis, 38weeks kna? Inom ka po ung paminta na buo ha hindi ung powder tapos hot water. Every morning po pra di msakit pg labor mo iwas mga kabag2, hangin atbp

I been in that stage as well. Lessen greasy foods. Eat more fruits. πŸ˜„
