Hemorrhoids
Having bad constipation and im having external hemorrhoid :( the hemmorrhoid is bleeding. Any remedies?

Eat at least 1 serving (~1 palm size that comes up to 1st knuckle) of cooked veg at both lunch and dinner. Stay hydrated. And go for 15min walk after every meal. Bet you won’t have bathroom problem anymore. If hard to cook veg, take 1.5 tbsp of psyllium husk a day.
Try prune juice
