Kkh staffs are rude

Have you ever experienced hostile treatment from kkh nurses and their staffs? I don't know if it's because I'm under a subsidised route. Staffs are always harsh and impatient towards patients. Lactation support, like no support, scolded me when I was struggling to bf my newborn. She said do I still want to bf or not? It's my first time and quite traumatic experience for me. Is that why ppl go for private route?

Hahahah kkh is a weirdly by luck. Sometimes i get really good nurses and allied health attending to me during labour n stay, but during subsidized check up omg even the random gynaes are painful to go through haha. Or the MOs. Idk why but Medical Officers are just urgh🙄🙄 Anyways do try to speak back as much as u can. Sometimes in the moment i also no guts or focus to protect myself or nudge the person to be kinder. But after awhile u will learn the patterns there. Idk man Kkh really need to buck up. I always feedback after each visit and put the name accordingly for both compliments or complaints.
