Ifc bad communication and weird teacher

They have app but seldom update me. Only update verbally when pickup but the chinese teacher will always say half half cos she said she not sure as it's morning shift teachers. It's very confusing. Should I feedback? The teacher is nice to baby but I don't like the way she handle things. Like she will use baby's bib to wipe her mucus infront of me.
