Have you already experienced bringing your child to "hilot" to relieve his "pilay"?

Never. :) for me, it's an old practice to bring my kid to a "manghihilot" because it may even aggravate his situation. If something bad happens, I can't have the "manghihilot" accounted because it's my choice I brought him there. Hilot is too tough for my baby's body, in my opinion, especially he's only months old. Better to have him checked by a professional. If it's really a muscle strain and your child is a toddler, doctors usually recommend to do R.I.C.E. (rest, ice, compression, and elevation)

Not yet but when i was a child, my parents brought me to hilot everytime I had a sprained ankle. Never did I get to experience a doctor treating me with sprained ankle so i think it does work.
