induce labor

Has anyone tried these remedies to induce labor?? I really want to go for natural birth. But I am scared that I will not be able to do that. One week to go

I'm 39 going 40 weeks soon. Still no sign of labour. My last checkup, I wasn't dilated. Did a membrane sweep, still nothing till today. My lady area hurts a lot be it walking, standing and even sitting down. I can barely do squats, I try to walk a lot. If nothing is happening, I'll be induced this Friday.
