Well the most to induce natural birth would be sex, more walking, squatting, up down the stairs. But this depend on whether baby is already engaged and ready to enter birth canal. Have they did membrane swab? Sometimes this helps too. I had membrane swab for my first child but had to be induce a week after EDD as waterbag still did not burst while I was 3cm dilate. I could not go for natural birth and was on assisted delivery.

I'm 39 going 40 weeks soon. Still no sign of labour. My last checkup, I wasn't dilated. Did a membrane sweep, still nothing till today. My lady area hurts a lot be it walking, standing and even sitting down. I can barely do squats, I try to walk a lot. If nothing is happening, I'll be induced this Friday.
