Balanced diet po nireco, 1700 calories lang total per day. Iwasan po refined carbs at high sugar fruits. Pinagbawalan din ako mag Anmum. 10 min walk after meals. Parang nawala din yung GDM ko nung 2nd trimester, nag normalize na sugar levels ko kahit medyo napaparami kain.

For me.. Totally zero sugar... Cut down on Carbs.. Replace with more protein and vege.. Nowadays I eat Cai peng more... Half brown rice + 2 vege + 2 meat.. And the meat you order cannot be sweet and sour.. Or anything that contains sugar.. Weekend I will try to cook cos I can control what I cook..

I had gestational diabetes when I had my boy 13 years back... I was asked to take glucose test everyday to monitor my sugar level... took small meals and half servings (i.e. half bowl of rice instead of one bowl)...took brown rice instead of normal white rice... eat more vegetables...

Yes I did. I couldn't emphasise more how exercise allowing your body to produce insulin naturally helps. No medication, no insulin. Strict diet, no brown rice even! Have protein and calcium. Limit any carbs as possible. And exercise 7 days a week (pregnancy cardio etc)

I soak 5-7 pods of okra in water whole night and drink the water in the morning. Has helped me to keep my sugar levels normal. I used to go to the gym but now I feel alot of aches and in my country it's so hot but once in a while I take evening walks

nag i-insuline po ako day and night before meals and 3x a day nag te-take ng sugar level for a month hanggang sa manganak po ako. eat no rice and avoiding any foods that conatains sugar. i only ate nilaga saging saba nilagang kamote, wheat bread and fresh milk.

ilan po fbs nyo?

every morning eat 2 slice of wholemeal bread with low fat fresh milk, try to eat more vegetables and eat less fried food and white rice, DO NOT drink fruit juice, try to eat 3 main meal 3 snack meal, go for a walk for 20-30mins twice daily

high in sugar

No white rice, no white bread, take fruits in small portion (for example 10 pieces of grapes at one time only) and drink water only (no maternity milk, Milo etc). It helps a lot for me :) hope it is good for u too.

I was pre diabetic..My OB wants me on insulin, but i refuse sabi ko i will change my diet muna. Do lowcarb, no rice, breads and sugar.. but there are times na ung cravings was really hard ngsusugar ako but in moderation..im on my 25 weeks.
