Sharp Pain On The Nipple

Has anybody encountered this sharp pain on the nipples when colostrum started to leak before birth? Currently 28weeks pregnant. Should I be worried ?

U might wanna ask ur gynae but my colostrum started leaking at 36wks and breast has sharp pain now and then with engorgement. But i didn't take it seriously though
