What I can suggest is sabayan mo cia mtulog and kung morning nmn let the baby cry once in a while mganda un sa breathing system niya pra ma exercise ang lungs niya.. And lastly, do not be afraid to ask for help.. Hndi madali ang mag alaga lalo na sa madaling araw specially on first time moms but you need to endure all the pagod and puyat for your child BUT make sure you too get enough rest because pag ikaw nagkasakit mas kawawa si baby.. So don't be afraid to ask for help. Since nanjan kayo nakatira samantalahin mo lhat ng help n mkkuha mo sa mga tao sa paligid mo kahit ung mag abot lang ng gamit for you.. Minimize task for you pra mka focus ka kay baby.. And lastly always think of a happy thought! Divert all the negative thinking sa positive kahit sobrang pagod at puyat kna.. Mabilis lang ang panahon you'll see it's worth it :) in a few months magbabago na tulog niyan :) God Bless mommy!! 🙏🙏🙏
