Is It safe to continue breastfeeding while pregnant?

Hai,im still breastfeeding my second daughter 1y n 8m and im pregnant 6weeks now..is it safe for my pregnancy? Im trying to wean off but it seems so difficult because she keeps crying dont want to drink using bottle...
