Is It safe to continue breastfeeding while pregnant?

Hai,im still breastfeeding my second daughter 1y n 8m and im pregnant 6weeks now..is it safe for my pregnancy? Im trying to wean off but it seems so difficult because she keeps crying dont want to drink using bottle...

Its fine, unless you feel pain then you need to refer and get advice from doctor
