GDM sangkut lepas raya🤦🏻‍♀️

Hai salam semua.. Sy patutnya mnum air gula semalam 9/5 kali yg ke dua utk usia kandungan 28weeks Sangkut gdm pulak 5.8 Masa 1st time minum bulan February haritu bacaan cantik je. Kali ni Terus xjadi mnum air gula😂 Kena refer dietitian and on diet Ada x petua2 or amalan ibu2 utk trunkan paras GDM selain dr diet😂 #mohonbantuan#firsttime

on diet just kena mkn jaga..less sugar, mkn roti pon wholemeal, buah mkn bpe potong je, mkn nasi semagkuk, jgn lebh,mee pon sme semangkuk..plg pnting mkn on time, pg kol 7, tghari kol 12, ptg 4 & 8mlm..
