Hai im 37 weeks na po . . Need ko po mag dyita .. Anu pong pwedw gawin para magawa ung oag didiet?? Kasi ung ginagawa qng pag diet . Diko po magawa !! Have any suggestion po?? Para po masubukan kopo.. Thank you. First tym mom po???

Less rice. Magkanin ka lang sa tanghali at dapat 5 subo lang ang dami. The whole day kahit ano na kainin mo basta wag yung macarbs. Fruits, gulay, mas mainam.
