What to do and not to do in first trimester?

Had a miscarriage early this year in March & doctor said getting pregnant within the next 6 months is not advised. Just found out I’m 6 weeks pregnant and I’m very worried as I don’t want to lose my baby this time. What can I do to help with my anxiety? Have to wait until next week to go check up at KK but Everyday Time seems to pass so painfully slow.

Plenty of bed rest and refrain from carrying or lift heavy things. And start taking your folic acid every morning. Do not skip on that as it is important for your baby.
