Itchy and lots of discharge during pregnancy

Had this for a few weeks but swab test show no infection. Is it possible for yeast n bacteria infection to go away on its own? Can I trust the swab test?

For yeast infection, the swab test sent to the lab should be able to confirm. If the discharge is clear or white, and doesn't smell off, then it should be normal. If you're still worried, ask your gynae if they checked for other infections like UTI?
