Had brown discharge yesterday noon, went to hospital and did a cervical check - 1cm dilated. Had some more brown discharge in the evening. Now it’s 3am and I can’t sleep cause my stomach has been contracting quite often? Am I in labour or just cramps after the cervical check? Should I go to the hospital?
