UV Sterilizer vs Steam Sterilizer

Any mums using UV sterilizes? Any good brands? Which one is better UV or normal steam sterilizer? Can recommend brands as well and shops to buy. Thanks!

Braxton Hicks or RLP?

24 weeks pregnant. Sometimes when I do housework, I feel like one of my sides will cramp up and tummy will feel very tight. It will last less than 5 mins and it will dissipate. I will need to sit down and relax/calm myself. Is that Braxton Hicks or round ligament pain?

Tummy skin tight and stretched

Currently 18 weeks. Tummy skin feels stretched and tight and sometimes I find myself “sucking in” to hold my tummy. Feels like the skin can rip open. Is this normal?
