Week 39 Day 1

Hello Guys, please guide . I am 39 weeks + and my due date is 10th sept. There are no signs of contractions. My baby weight is 3.3kg and is tall. Dr suggested us to induce on 8th sept stating if the baby weight increases then there are chances of C section which we dont want. Is it okay to induce ???? I am quite worried and nervous because of this...

Yes, definitely ok. Induce is safe so you do not need to worry. For now, do a lot of walking & squats. Also, try to climb up and down the stairs to stimulate the opening of your cervix. Rest when needed.
