Bump too small

Hi guys. I'm 14 weeks into my pregnancy and hasn't really show a baby bump. I don't know how to react when people start asking about the baby bump which mine hasn't grown visible to others yet. Esp when I wear loose clothing & I'm generally small and fit built.
