Instead of 3 full meals, mag 5-6 small meals in a day ka na lang po, mommy 🙂 Mas better din po ang small frequent feedings para iwas heartburn din. Eat more fibre-rich veggies and fruits, instead of rice, mas nakakabusog po. Less sweets din po, kasi mas lalong nakakagutom. 🙂
