Bleeding gums

My gums bleed so much everytime when I sleep. I've been teeth grinding since I hit puberty, could that be a factor? Also, I have a big hole in my teeth that my dentist didn't put pasta or pull out said tooth because I'm pregnant. What should I do?

My gums is sensitive also. everytime nalang na nagtotoothbrush ako nagbebleed sya at nasusuka ako.3 months preggy ako now.
